Harbourlee House is a self-catering house available by the day (when available) or week. Centrally situated on the shore side of the small town of Stromness, we are 10 minutes easy walk to the ferry terminals and bus stop.
When you stay at Harbourlee, you will wake up to the sights and smells that define Orkney: boats rocking in the harbour, stone townhouses nestled together, winding cobbled lanes angled to provide shelter from the sea winds.
A stay at Harbourlee is a chance to sample a part of Orkney life.
Comfortable stay for up to 12
With 30 years experience, we have renovated the 19th century townhouse into one specifically designed for guests’ comfort.
The house is ideal for divers, college groups or a large family with extended members.
Bedrooms
We have 4 bedrooms available, all with en-suite showers.
The first bedroom features 1 double bed with 2 single beds.
Two rooms feature 3 single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains 4 single beds.
Towels, bed linen, quilts and hairdryers are provided.
Kitchen
Guests can choose to cook in the well-equipped kitchen or eat out in the restaurants close by.
With sea views, our kitchen can accommodate up to 14.

Price
Weekly lets
For a Sat – Sat the let of the whole House is £1000 for up to 12 people. For weekly lets, arrival from 2.30pm to 10.00am on day of departure.
Shorter lets
When available, the house is let out for shorter stays with a nightly rate for a couple or family just wanting a one bedroom let. Rooms nightly from £35 – £65.
We ask that there is no smoking anywhere in the house.
